We hosted 18 friends and family on May 8, 2026 for my daughter’s graduation from nursing school and Hibachi AZ was the highlight of the party!!
The online booking process was simple, and they were so easy to work with and very accommodating. Once I booked, communication was through text and email. I had a couple of changes to the date and time which they easily accommodated. Communication was great.
As for the actual experience, it was better than I could have expected. Our chef, Young, was great. His set up was quick and once the “show” started he had everyone laughing and we all enjoyed the food.
I highly recommend Hibachi AZ. Definitely worth the money. This was the least stressful party I’ve had…No cooking or cleanup! Can’t wait for the next one.

Michael was absolutely amazing, he made the last year in my 30s the most memorable experience I could ask for. Plus the food was the best hibachi I've had in Arizona. I would highly recommend this experience.
